This app has multiple issues 1. Bluetooth connectivity issues.. first time when I install the app the status shows "connected" next time onwards it will always show "disconnected" even though it is connected. The fix it we need to logout and login with otp. 2. Traking... This app is not tracking the bike. It is traking the user installed the app. Big risk for privacy. I wonder even e-sim is there. We cannot trace our bike in case of theft. 3. There is no option to immobilize the bike

Unable to connect Bluetooth. I've tried everything. Even the showroom folks tried their best. They say, just ride first. Sometimes, it will fix itself eventually through updates or something. Riding for 2 weeks now, and I still struggle to have a proper connection so the onboard navigation is a white elephant for now. Will have it check again during first service.

The Hero app has great potential, but unfortunately, it falls short due to persistent Bluetooth connectivity issues with my Xpulse 200 4v. As an avid rider, I rely on this app to enhance my biking experience, but the constant disconnection of Bluetooth disrupts the flow of my rides. It's frustrating to have to frequently stop to reconnect, especially when trying to maintain momentum. I hope the developers address this issue soon, as it significantly impacts the app's usability and reliability.
