Terrible interface! The section where your test are located is VERY hard to access. The static content takes up 70% of the screen leaving a tiny section to try and scroll through. The majority of the screen asks to set up a scanner that, from what I can tell, the average user wouldn't use. Each tests forces you to create a new profile which is redundant for no apparent reason. I am still waiting on results for a test I mailed a week ago so as of now I am only reviewing the app functionality.

Constantly crashes whenever I try to login and when I try to log on the app prompts me to use biometric login when I didn't even set up the app for it, but constantly asks for biometrics. It's all moot as no matter what, the app crashes and I can replicate each and every time. I'm curious if this is because my phone is a bit old (Samsung Galaxy S8+)? Any suggestions would be helpful.

As useless as mentioned in all the previous comments. I'm trying this for the first time, the app says that the device needs a firmware update. I click ok, and an error comes up saying that that the device needs to be charging or above 2%. I plugged the device to the charger, trying again same error. Charging for ten minutes, tried again, same error. Basically unable to use this and unable to get tested. Absolute waste of time and money.
