There used to be a button on the home screen of the app to choose and send photos, its gone now. To send photos I'm forced to go to my friend's list and send them to each person one at a time. I thought I found a workaround for this by going into my photo album on my phone, selecting what I needed and sharing it to the app. The app opens, lets me add subtitles, then even lets me choose multiple people to send to but CANT/WON'T SEND. The button is completely unresponsive.

There are a lot of things I like about this app, but it is impossible to download the photos and use them in another program. You're basically limited to printing them within Nixplay, which doesn't offer what I am looking for (a customized calendar for my mom's wall!) {Nixplay responded explaining how to do it in the app, which does work but only on a single photo at a time. I've got scores of photos to go through and it's not convenient at all to download them one at a time.}

Hi there. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the app. If you want to download items from the Nixplay app to your phone, you need to preview the photo (open in full page). The download button is on the lower left of the screen. We also offer custom calendars in our print shop. If you need more help, you can reach us at support@nixplay.com

I so enjoy seeing my 6 grandchildren. who all live over 1,000 miles away, right here from the comfort of my home. When they visit, they also love to watch fun memories scroll by on the screen! I also want to say that upon emailing customer service about technical aspects of my current frame and their new offerings, Joe responded promptly with all the information needed. So I'm not only satisfied with their product, but with Nixplay's support as well. I find the app intuitive and so easy to use!
