Unable to use the app. Paid for a subscription and it just leads to a black page with a red dot in the middle and I can't Interact with anything

Sorry to hear about it. We frequently update our app to bring improvements. The update from last week had a glitch causing what you describe. It has been fixed with a new update that became available already. Can you please update and let us know if you still have an issue? hello@measuretools.net

Bits that work seem ok. I'm using the free mode but when I try to save an image including measurements it hangs then crashes after 20-odd seconds. There are some usability niggles too: i 1) f your measurements overlap you can no longer read the bottom measurement 2) you can't remove measurements individually - you can only undo sequentially - so if you want to remove the 2nd one of 3 you'll have to use undo twice and remove both the 3rd then the 2nd then you'll have to re-measure the 3rd.

Really appreciate the detailed review. 1) Check out the latest app update: saving measurements should work, plus you can keep collections inside the app. 2) For checking a measurement behind another one, get closer or look from another direction. The labels adjust based on view point. 3) We will think about adding this & keeping the interface clean

Bad and clunky app. Also, full of ads. I understand that devs need to earn money from version , but there should be a boundary between profitable and usable. One more bad thing I notice is that it ask you to unlock or try premium on the very start without allowing you to use the application first ? How can I decide if I want to use the app I haven't tried it yet lol.
