CR Mobile provides authorized CentralReach users with HIPAA-compliant anytime, anywhere access to their end-to-end workflow whether online or offline, enabling top-quality ABA care while on-the-go or at a center. Users with premium CR Mobile permission can securely access appointment schedules, collect clinical data, complete appointments with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) information, and complete Session Notes. Users without CR Mobile permission may collect clinical data.

To use CR Mobile, your organization must have an active license with CentralReach. If you are unsure as to whether you have the ability to use CR Mobile, please contact your administrative staff.

I'd give this app a -10 star rating and that's a fair assessment since I've been using this app since 2017. The known issues dont get fixed and are replaced with even more issues with every update. Complications happen even when the app is fully updated and has a solid wifi connection. The app fails to log in, crashes and freezes. The app doesn't connect to server. The app fails to save collected data. The app fails to track location. And so much more that I can't fit into a 500 letter count.

Oh no! We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. We've released a large number of improvements since CR Mobile launched in 2020. When I opened the app there was a log in page. While pressing the log in button. It took me out of the CR app into Google. Then a pop-up question appeared asking if I wanted to stay on the page, or leave Google. When I choose leave page it took me to a Saint Anthony page. When I shut all my apps, the app still did not let me login through the app. The app just kept taking me to other apps to log in.

The app never let's me log in. I Have to use my computer every single time. It's crashing saying there's internal server issues.

What's new

- Users can tap to expand and collapse multiple branches in the data collection. Show more view is limited to one at a time to keep the screen's quick performance.
- Complete later: Users can add session summaries on a future date, therefore having the flexibility to finalize an appointment when convenient.​
- Collected data tab: After swiping to end the session, on the appointment summary screen within a session note, users will easily be able to switch to reference the data they collected.
