Codul de Procedură Penală

The Criminal Procedure Code (Romanian Criminal Procedure Code - from July 1, 2010. Published no. 486 from July 15, 2010) - is a law that regulates the conduct of the criminal trial as well as certain procedures related to the criminal trial. The code specifically regulates the activity of the police, the prosecutor and the courts in relation to the criminal process.
