Peruvian Criminal Procedure Code (Código Procesal Penal de la República del Perú. Legislativo Decree N 957) - is the main legislative law that regulates all levels and documentation of criminal procedures in the Republic of Peru. Through Legislative Decree No. 957, the New Criminal Procedure Code (NCPP) was promulgated, which came into force on July 1, 2006 in the Judicial District of Huaura, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 28671.
