Code of Criminal Procedure (Code of Criminal Procedure of the Italian Republic. Royal Decree 22 September 1988, n. 447) - is the systematic collection of the rules that regulate the Italian criminal process. The current code of criminal procedure, also called "Pisapia-Vassalli code", was introduced with the decree of the President of the Republic dated 22 September 1988 n. 447, published in the Official Journal no. 250 of 24 October 1988 and entered into force on 24 October 1989.
