Codice di Procedura Civile

Code of Civil Procedure (Code of Civil Procedure of the Italian Republic. Royal Decree 28 October 1940, n. 1443) - is an organic body of rules instrumental to those of civil law. The instrumental adjective refers to that norm which is placed by the legal system to guarantee, through particular mechanisms (called processes), the substantial norm. Civil proceedings, in particular, are governed by the civil procedure code, as well as by special laws. It has the function of protecting the right of action according to which everyone can take legal action to protect their rights and legitimate interests.
