Cameroon Penal Code (Penal Code of the Republic of Cameroon. Law N 2016/007 of July 12, 2016) - is the main legislative law that defines criminal offenses and their punishment in Cameroon. In the register of normative developments, it is appropriate to include the development, adoption, promulgation and effective entry into force of Law No. 2016/007 of July 12, 2016 on the Penal Code of Cameroon, amended and supplemented in article 241 by law n°2019/020 of December 24, 2019.
