This app is great and very convenient when it works, which it does most of the the time, but it's incredibly frustrating when it doesn't. I've had it tell me my login PIN is incorrect, and upon re-entering the exact same PIN I can login just fine. More recently, it crashes every time I try to use the mobile check deposit feature. This would be fine if it weren't for the fact that you have to note "Mobile Deposit Only at PBOC" under your signature, rendering the check useless.

Format is laid out well, its very clean and convenient however the app will start up with the people's Bank logo and then stay on a blank screen. When all of the bugs get fixed it's gonna be great....

GREAT service... Great people.. always ready to take the time to explain whatever you need till you understand it completely. Best of all is the coffee and cookies on Fridays 😉
