I really like this app but I do have a major problem causing me some serious, critical banking problems. Seems to ALWAYS happen at a crucial time. Whenever the app decides I need to change the password, I can't unless I call the bank. The bank isn't always open.... it will not accept the current password to get in so I can change the password, gives no notice but locks me out. Can i at least get a acknowledgement that the reviews here are being read and possibly addressed?

Security sucks. Pretty sure my account got hacked bc someone that wasn't me or my husband changed our Password and our security questions. Now we cant access our account online. Not happy!

Love the very compendent people ...not "The Staff"..just the people behind the scenes..they are employees..but not to me..Thank you for all you do..
