the bank itself is good, but i have to uninstall and reinstall relatively often (at least once a month) because ill go to log in and it will just be stuck on the loading screen no matter how many times i close out of the app or restart my phone. its mildly irritating but nothing to freak out about.

I absolutely love having this app! It allows me to jump on to check my balance in case I'm running low & unsure of my exact balance. Also, you can set up "payees", including family, so you can transfer straight to their home bank acct with no fees! Get the app & hve control at your fingertips!!

The bank and staff are the best! My present issue is with the app. Since the most recent update, the app now requires me to log in with my fingerprint and my password. I don't understand why I have to do both. It is inconvenient. I have deleted and reinstalled this app, and the only thing that has changed is that the blue is now gray. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue.
