Honestly, this is a terrible app. It updates constantly, the pending transactions take an unnatural long time to process, (that could be the bank's issue) and the mobile check deposit feature is awful. I've never had so many issues with a bank app. Chase Bank wasn't like this, but unfortunately, when you move to Small Town USA, your banking options are as limited as your dining out options. 🤷♀️

It's okay. I also bank through another company and I like their app better than the First Southern one. I've had plenty of experiences in which the bank itself just takes a while for pending charges to show up on the record and if you don't use a balance book, it can leave the person a little bit confused about their financial situation. So, I give it 4 stars because the bank could be faster, but this issue could also be resolved if I were a little more proactive with my records as well.

Very disappointed with this app. I've never had so much trouble with my other checking account apps. This app makes it almost impossible for me to control. I was just in my account 5hrs ago. I go to look at it again, and it tells me my password has expired. I keep trying to update the password, and all it can tell me is I have an invalid current password. Seriously? Thanks for the heads up email letting me know it was about to expire. Now I cant get in my account! Once again!
