Bank personnel are great. App used to work amazing until last update. Now it takes forever to load and won't let me do mobil deposit. No problem paying bills through app though. Frustrating that they say nothing is wrong with it after contacting them but I'm not the only one with similar problems!

This online banking app was the reason I stayed with Fortifi when the bank in my hometown closed and I was told I was being switched to another. Unfortunately after last update the app will not open at all for me. Extremely frustrating! 😤

worked for about a month. Now tells me my user id or password is invalid. When I try to reset it it lets me, notifys me by email of the change and then whe I use the new one says its invalid. Since I haven't gotten any other notifications of changes to mt account its I don't think I got my account hacked or anything. It must be an iaaue with the app.
