THB has invested a lot of time and effort into their app and it shows. I wanted to use a trustworthy local bank instead of Chase, but i had to thoroughly test the software out before i switched. I'm happy to say it's passed the test, and I love that tech support is a one man department who gets it right the first time. Only missing features I've noticed are fingerprint login and Zelle (latter coming in a few months)

I shouldn't have to change my password ever so often. That should be my decision. If I get hacked, then it's on me. But the app makes you. Also, it doesn't let you log in any easy way. You have to type it out every time. It doesn't have a remember password option, or a fingerprint option like all my other banking apps do. And the set up is different and confusing at times.

This app is very laggy. It takes forever to load. It's not always 100% accurate with balances. I don't like always having to change my password every few months. Unfortunately it's the only way to keep up with my account without having to call the actual bank or find an ATM to check my balance. This app needs some serious tech work
