I have no problem with my Bank. Though I do have issues with the app. The main issue is my password. When I enter it and submit it, the message that shows on the screen, states invalid password or username. I check and recheck my information a total of 20 times. I still get the message from Google Play store that reads; your username or password is invalid.

I love the app! It is easy to use and has so many great features! Paying my bills is so much faster and easier to keep track of. I use spin all the time when I don't have cash. I can just push a few buttons and pay the baby sitter or my friend back for lunch! I love Legence Bank!

The app has always been buggy with glitches, but was doable to work with. Now it just completely stopped, for the 2F verification text or call it kept failing to send or call my number and then it locked me out! Great bank but one of the worse apps out there.
