When it's working it's alright. I mean, for a bank app. But it has a funny glitch (among many) where when you first open the app, you have to minimize the app, and then reopen the app from the background for it to actually load the login screen. So that's fun. It's also been just loading a white screen, so that's cool when I'm trying to check my bank account.

This app was great up until they did some sort of update. Now, the app will not even open. I have uninstalled it several times and reinstalled it. However, that doesn’t seem to help. I was doing all my banking online, now I'm doing none. This really is very inconvenient. I have been with Paducah Bank for 15+ years--same account. I would hate to change banks but this is not looking good. Your rating went from a 5 to a 1....it would be 0 if there was one....because of the malfunctioning app.

The last 2 weeks I have not been able to log in reliably. It frequently just stays on the log-in page and constantly shows as loading/buffering. It only works maybe every 2 or 3 days. I need to see my balance after my purchases!
