Had the app and always had issues, but the app wasn't the only issue... My banking experience after 25 years as well. Then I had suspected fraud and opened a new account and was told I wasn't allowed to have online banking, no reason given. Wow!

Been having a great time using it but everytime my ohine updates or anything with a new upgrade, I'm able to log in then have to do a security question but it wont allow me any further access. I've had to factory reset my phone for the app to work at all after attempting to uninstall and redownload, help would be great

Keeps signing me out when I log in. Then it stays on updating for a long time. Then when I exit it out to try again my phone freezes. I've reinstalled it multiple of times and it still does it. Not sure if it's the app or my phone. Now it won't even download.... idk
