I'm not particularly happy right now with the app. Right now. I paid extra on my personal loan last month and then this month, way before it was due, I paid off what was listed on the phone app as the balance. Now, 7 days after, I looked at my account and see that I have a balance. Maybe the program can show "balance with interest". There are no indicators on the phone app that the balance a person pays isn't the true balance.

I never have problems with Canyon's app, it's wonderful. Easy to manage, on the go, convenient, easy access to all your banking needs, you are in total control. i highly recommend Canyon State Credit Union and their app, it's where you are part of their family and a top priority. A bank you can trust all your finnancial needs to.

This app (and this switch in general) have been incredibly frustrating. No support, so even if you email it'll take days or weeks for them to respond. The DVCU app had features that this one doesn't, and I agree with others that there's no point in trying to use your fingerprint to log in, it's easier to type out the password.
