Downloaded this to easily keep track of our bill and set up auto pay. All I was able to do was see the bill. For that it's great.... That's it. I tried setting up auto pay with checking, savings, and a card, nope. Then tried just playing the darn thing...it laughed in my face. My husband finally took my phone from me and said never use this app again just use the website. I was hoping to have this available for my mother with memory problems...pfffttt. Please join 2024 LCUB

This app does the job at a minimum but it has flaws. The biometric login does not let me use my fingerprint to login. The payment method, which there is only one, is not defaulted and I have to make that selection every time.

It's gonna be a no for me. After months of LCUB's site claiming errors when attempting payments, I sought out their app. Seems sketchy with the lack of reviews and "North Alabama Electric Cooperative" on one of the screenshots, but LCUB links to it on their site. Can't log in. Says my stuff is invalid, but their site lets me in with the same info. I'd rather not reset the password through a still somewhat sketch app. either. LCUB sure makes it tough to give them money.
