They are bottom feeders who tell lies and make up unrealistic numbers in order to get people's money. People who live on low fixed incomes are screwed by being forced to deal with an unhonest company. We are stuck with them because there is No competition which should be against the law. I thought it was bad when the first group was running the show. The one's that got caught and went to prison. But the ones that replaced them are even worse!! Bills are extremely high but yet no water pressure!!
