Constitution of the Czech Republic (Constitutional Act No. 1/1993 Coll. as amended by Constitutional Act No. 347/1997 Coll., 300/2000 Coll., 448/2001 Coll., 395/2001 Coll., 515/2002 Coll., 319 /2009 Coll., 71/2012 Coll. and 98/2013 Coll.) - is the highest law of the Czech Republic. This law determines the basic principles and laws in the Czech Republic, determines the powers and duties of the government and guarantees certain rights to the Czech people. It was adopted as a constitutional law by the Czech National Council on December 16, 1992 and published in the Czech Collection of Laws under No. 1/1993 Coll.
