This app and the Clipper service is so disappointing for the most technologically advanced place in the world. I can't transfer balances between cards registered in my app. Major functionalities do not work without the physical card -- what is the point of the app if I still need the card? Or need to tag it at a station to complete the function (disable autoload), which isn't working either. On the phone was a failure, too -- they charge money and require multiple days to complete. Total fail.

The app crashed and deleted my card from my wallet. It then marked the card as blocked in my account. I called customer service to help. They said they'd charge me $3 to try to transfer to another card, but warned that might not actually work and address my problem. I asked if they could waive the fee, and they just hung up mid sentence. I called back, and as soon as I gave my name, they hung up again. I wish I knew how to deal with the crashing app that causes me $3 loss when it crashes

I like having fast access to see all of my registered clipper cards. I recommend downloading it. It isn't always an immediate load of funds for the digital card, but it usually works within a reasonable time frame. Perhaps it is immediate if linked to Google Wallet. Unfortunately, my app hadn't synced in weeks (which results in blank boxes when trying to add funds) and I had to sign out and back in to update my card info and regain functionality.
