খুতবাতুল আহকাম

আস-সালামু আলাইকুম ওয়া-রাহমাতুল্লাহি ওয়া-বারাকাতু, খুতবাতুল আহকাম বা খুতবা হলো জুমার নামাজের আগে, উভয় ঈদের নামাজের পরে, হজে আরাফার দিনে মসজিদে নামিরাতে, বিয়ের অনুষ্ঠানে ও বিভিন্ন ইসলামি অনুষ্ঠানে খলিফার প্রতিনিধি, দায়িত্বশীল ব্যক্তি বা ইমাম ও খতিব কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত প্রাসঙ্গিক বক্তৃতা বা ভাষণ। যিনি খুৎবা দেন তাঁকে ‘খতিব’ বলা হয়।

একজন আদর্শ মুসলিম হতে হলে নবী-রাসূল গণের জীবনী পড়া এবং জীবন কাহিনী থেকে শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করি অপরিহায্য একটি কাজ। কোন মাসে কোন ইবাদাত করতে হয় কোন সময় কোন ইবাদাত করতে হয় তা আপনরা দেখলে এই অ্যাপটি বুজতে পারবেন। আশা করি আপনাদের সকলের কাছে আমার অ্যাপটি ভাল লাগবে সুতরাং যে আমল হবে টাকা উপার্জনের জন্য, নেতৃত্ব অর্জনের জন্য ও সুনাম-খ্যাতি অর্জনের জন্যে সে আমলে ইখলাস থাকবে না অর্থাৎ এসব ইবাদাত বা নেক আমলের মাধ্যমে আল্লাহর ... সহীহ হাদীসে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামের যে সকল ইবাদাতের কথা উল্লেখ আছে সেগুলো পরিপূর্ণ অনুসরণ করতে হবে। .... রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম রমাদান ব্যতীত কোন মাসে এত বেশি তিলাওয়াত করতেন না।

The khutbah is the relevant speech or discourse given by the representative of the caliph, the responsible person or the imam and the khatib before the Friday prayers, after both the Eid prayers, at the namirat in the mosque on the day of Hajj Arafa, at weddings and various Islamic ceremonies. The one who gives khutba is called 'khatib'.

To use the pulpits of mosques properly in society, we need: (1) Promoting the importance of the five daily prayers and the Friday prayers through all national media and trying to get all Muslims to go to the mosque. (2) To make arrangements for the appointment of qualified Alim Imams for the mosques. (3) To bring the service of Imams under the control of the state administration without assigning Sholaana to the local mosque committee. (4) To arrange training of Imams. (5) To present to them the necessary information for giving life and social oriented sermons in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
