No international credit cards are accepted. Traveling within Colombia and bought a prepaid card. Now I'm unable to reload it through the app using a credit card. It's 2024, I shouldn't have to walk into a point of sale to recharge service.

Good service, but sometimes has snags. It would be better if one could download a copy the name of the recipient, companies, organizations of the payments receipts sent vía Claro Pay.

Good and quick way to make payments, unfortunately some options for payment some services get removed. Also the benefit of 4% return whe paying bills, it's no longer available for me.
