Since Ruby-Collins' incorporation in 1970, we have performed projects throughout the Southeastern United States, with the main areas of Construction being Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Ruby-Collins' main business model consists of constructing Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations, and Utilities (Sanitary, Water, and Storm Drains) for local Municipalities, State, and the Federal Government. We have constructed four MARTA Stations and several Bridges and Intersections for the Georgia Department of Transportation, as well as constructing Taxiways for the Atlanta Airport.
