I have been trying for days to do the mobile reset as my phone had an issue which made me use another one, nowi am back here and to reset mobile I didn't get the OTP after I was told it's sent to my phone number. Please help.

Each time I want to use the app, it will tell me to enable settings, and all settings have been enabled. I can't use the bank pass app on my phone. I had to format my phone yet, still the same. My phone is Samsung A13. Please help resolve the issue.

Good morning Team, I recently changed my phone and I downloaded the Bank Pass App on my new phone and I've been unable to use it. It works fine on my old phone, but each time I try to launch it in the new phone it prompts me to enable permissions. I have tried and scourged my phone for all possible permissions but still the app doesn't come up. Is there a way you can assist me? My new phone is Redmi Note 12. Thank you.
