So customer service is no longer available on the weekends. If you need help call, NOT. So your answering machine says I can add services through this app (Lie). I tried to add coverage to a vehicle that I have in a storage policy this weekend. Downloaded this app. There is no where to add coverage. So hopefully I dont have to drive to the hospital tonight. Country has always been excellent in the past. So upset right now. App is good for one thing, PAYING. Ins cards ERROR!

This app never works. I go onto this app to pay my bill once a month, but it's always asking for me to input my phone number for verification. Why do I need to reverify every month? That's tedious. This is a hassle to pay for a service I don't even use. Why can't this company save the info? The app also redirects to the website which is pointlessly taking up memory on my phone since login wants me to verify.

Hi Tiara - We made a recent security enhancement that prompted an extra verification step on your last log in attempt. Moving forward you can select either "Remember this device for 30 days" or "Use Fingerprint or Face Recognition" in order to log in quicker. At some point in the past I registered my account online on a browser. Forgot my password, so I tried to do a recovery through my email and phone number. App never sends a verification code. When I try to register with my account it says the account is already registered and to log in with my email, leading to an endless loop of attempting password recovery and logging in with various passwords, which are all incorrect.
