Such a useless app. Highly disappointed. Was initially so excited to download and use this app as me and my colleagues are completing a daily 10k steps challenge, but it doesn't properly sync with Google Fit. For example, completing 260 steps showed only 13 steps in Count.it. On top of that, Customer service is poor!

Really surprise by this interface and the poor UX and UI. Can't really understand the counting of steps, it doest not tell you exactly 12,231 steps for example but 120, what is confusing. I also have no idea in which team I am or how to sync it. It does work with Fitbit but not why Huawei. Keep asking me to sync with Google fit even if I said 1000 times that I don't want it. 🙄

For a paid app I expected more. The app doesn't link well with tracking device, I have had to disconnect and reconnect my Fitbit to get more accurate steps. My teammates with iPhone and Samsung smart watches aren't having any better luck.
