Update 2: The app flatly refuses to revise points totals after a transaction . Workaround is reinstall. A terrible app.Update: After a certain amount of to-and-fro with Customer Services, the issue with lost points has been resolved. Credit where credit is due. 😁 ********((*( Glitchy. Has lost €85 of points. Locations are all 100-200m wrong. Needs work- a lot of work. This is not a groundbreaking service, it shouldn't be that hard to get a working solution. This app is a waste of time. The transactions don't update. There's always an "internal error". Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't do anything other than stop you from logging in for an unknown amount of time due to a - you guessed it - internal error. Bring back the online portal and the cards, maybe not as "with the times" as you'd like as a company but at least they worked! Please sack whoever made this app, it's honestly an embarrassment.

I created a new account, so I lost my all previous credits. The password reset is virtually there and still cannot get that. Old, but still valid: I managed to use this app 3 times only. After that, I get Internal Error message at start or when I try to reset my password or when it's successful, seemingly, nothing happens. Not an email at all. Just cannot login.
