The app now stops and closes unexpectedly everytime I tap on a location to place an order. This means I can't use the $20+ I have in Drip as it is inaccessible to me (because the app closes before I can place an order). This is unacceptable. I want my money back.

I find the app to be unintuitive and hard to use. Needing to load money into the app instead of just being able to process payment via credit card is a deal breaker.

Hi Robert! Thanks for the feedback, we actually just transitioned the app into pay-as-you-go which means you no longer need to upload funds onto a card! If you have any other feedback that you think would be helpful, feel free to send a support email to jack@drip.is

You are forced to refill your account balance with preset values, like a metro card. App froze on second use and I cannot login after clearing data.
