This would be a great app if:- 1 - The drivers would take it seriously and stop making lame excuses! 2 - They went back to detecting your location via GPS instead of insisting on an address when you might be at a bus stop or unknown street corner. (In other words, NOT an address!!!) This app worked well to start with but, through what appears to be an unwillingness to take it seriously and properly engage with it, it has become a trainwreck!

Very poorly designed, poorly implemented and frustrating. The initial screen with the black map dot is not clear - there's no indication that when I click to edit an address that it's going to start the booking process, and when I click "where are you going", that it's just going to take the existing map marker as my location. I though I might be able to click my saved address, and that would be the start point, but apparently I'm the idiot, that just lets you edit your address (which you fill in on another screen anyway)... but clicking it doesn't set it as your pickup *or* destination. So don't put it there, or at least write on the button "EDIT HOME ADDRESS". Basic stuff. How hard would it be to have Start: [button to use a saved address] Destination: [click to select] <-- this appears once you've selected a start point Anyway, I manually enter my address, and start a booking... then realise I missed the time. So I start over. - It hasn't remembered my home address - It hasn't remembered the destination address I just typed in. (chances are I'll visit a place more than once...) I eventually find the buttons to select a time. They're greyed out. Something which universally means "this button is disabled" But they're still clickable? Don't do that, that's stupid at best and wilfully bad design at worst. It also attempts to load *something* behind the car selection screen, but seems to fail and default to a blank page. How am I as a first time user supposed to know if it's failed to load something useful, or if this is normal? So I go to enter the pickup time. And there's this weird drag-to-select clock widget to enter the time. It's really jumpy and annoying to work with. Instead of the builtin android/ios ones. Eventually that's all done, I get through to entering the destination... "This destination has been blacklisted" Well tell me sooner. Really poor effort.

Terrible app, terrible service App is slow and cumbersome. Booking a taxi doesn't work, even though you're charged for it (to be refunded later). It just tries to find a taxi at the time 'booked'. If it's busy, you stand no chance. Phone line automated and simple says "central are aware of your booking and a taxi is on the way". It is not and central don't care. Drivers generally very nice and knowledgeable. Shame about the customer service by the dispatch team.
