I'm speaking as a taxi driver whose depot recently switched to this app. It's terrible. You're constantly having to look at the screen and press fiddly buttons to ascertain the most basic information that you need to know, such as the destination and price. This info should all be on one screen so that I can focus on the road instead of the phone. A badly designed, un-user-friendly app. I'm actually considering switching depots, it's that bad.

Why does the app log me off when I get on WhatsApp or make a call. It doesn't allow you to use your phone while waiting for a job. Phone is meant for a lot of things and not cordic alone. When connected to my Bluetooth in the car, no sound appears when a job is coming through. A complete nightmare this is

Needs some serious work to be as good as the old app. Sounds dont work properely, cant call customer, no break button, if you dont end shift and just close app you are still active on dispatch. Not as user friendly as old app. Trying to speak back a reply took 6 attempts and having to press try again is not hands free. Will await updates before using again
