Copia App

I've been using this for over 2 years and I've loved shopping using Copia. It's convenient: saves me time. 2-4 days delivery time & the free shipping are great! I also get products at a cheaper price. However, over time, the variety of options for a single product has greatly reduced, for some products they only sell 1 brand. Some products don't exist on the app anymore. The prices for some items are also higher than the ones in the local supermarkets. I hope they'll do sth about these issues.

This is the worst app, there's no place to key in location details. You pay for the order the call customer service. Although the number isn't free, the agents are very unprofessional. They answer the call then continue with their stories at the office without minding that a customer is in the line. It used up all my airtime. This has to be the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

Takes time to load. They also lock comments section to avoid customer's complaint. My order failed they took me through circles not wanting to refund. By the time I am writing this review my order had taken almost a week and I am not sure if I will be refunded. They always give the same answer now and then. This has been the most stressful experience with copia.
