This app is one of the best for avatars! Here are some tips, don't do the couple avatar and train your avatar it takes a couple refreshes for best results also use your own prompts like portrait of @ in style of tim burton, there are tons of free prompts you can look up and it does provide free prompts as well.

It's terrible I can't get a hold of anybody to help me with a matter that I have I tried the 3 day trial. And it said they took the year amount out for the subscription and now I can't even get into the subscription and I haven't been able to use it this whole entire year

So I had to go through the trouble of taking pictures etc. I had one bad one, so no big deal. When I went further for the creation it asked two subscriptions options instead of allowing me to try the trial or some basic unpaid version. I am never playing for anything that I can't test full potential for limited turies, or have the basic options to see if it's even worth it. Despite all of that, it still didn't let me go through anyway, even if it autopicked subscriptions option.
