Made a order, was almost 30 minutes ago, tried calling the customer service phone number on both the machine and the app and both are numbers that can't be dialed. And my order just says "in queue"

The customer service cannot be trusted as I requested a refund for my money that I order due to the machine spoilt at Temasek Poly. They mentioned I will received the refund within 5 - 7 days but unfortunately, they did have not yet live up it promise. The unreliable staff that was there to repair the machine did not warn us to stop ordering but instead watch us do so. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS AGAIN!
