I love it. It really helps me to regulate my anxiety levels, and I would recommend to anybody. The only thing is, on the mood tracker, there isn't anxious. You also can't select more than one emotion. Other than that, this is perfect for me.

This app allows you to personalise your experience with them, it also helps you to build your own goals and give you reminders to complete the tasks. Overall great app, only just started and loving it. No ads (yet)

I like the app. However, I struggled to use the mood tracker because none of the moods applied to me. I feel that goofy, funny and shocked should be replaced with sad, anxious and tired. I would find these options much more useful.
