Only works as it should about 20% of the time (or less). Gives error messages and/or fails to submit even when all the info is complete. Mostly useless. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!! UPDATE 9/13/20: I called Conexis a few months ago to ask when the app would be fixed and was told they were no longer supporting it. Too bad since it was a lot easier to submit claims through the app (when it worked) than it is through the website.

The app never provides balance information. Of course, neither does the website. At least, not through my phone.

It keeps crashing and kicks you out when trying to submit reimbursement. Before was good but now it's crashing and closes
