This app is terrible. There is no option to enter a new card at check out. So I logged out and logged back in. Went to the 3 little lines to update my card and there was no option, there for it. Reached out to customer service. And they instructed me to go to the three little lines even though I informed them that there is no option to update card info and that there must be an app glitch. Then it removes all your items from cart and makes you start over. Waste of time.

Only reason to use the app is it's the only way to use the rewards program. Frequent spam emails with no opt-in. Card handling is bass-ackwards (the only way to pay is with your default card, and the only way to *change* your default card is to back all the way out of your order, then enter it again from scratch afterwards); reviews have long complained about this; clearly the company doesn't care. The app would drive me away from Mountain Mike's if not for the great staff at our local one.

Trying to use my rewards. The app has always been buggy, I have always been able to figure it out. But tonight no matter what location I order from and no matter what I order even removing my rewards I get an error. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Logged out the whole process. Sucks because I was really looking forward to ordering tonight. And since I can't use my rewards outside of the app I will find another pizza place to go to before this one now. This was the last draw for me
