Joylab Card was fun! Easy to use and accumulate points to redeem on your bill. Drew me to participating venues often. StarSocial Rewards is an annoying app, blown up with too much useless things. WHY??? I am totally put off!

Hi Ingo, thanks for your valuable feedback. Further to your review we have removed the Points Shop feature. StarSocial gives you the same benefits as Joylab Rewards, To earn and redeem, simply give staff your phone number, or scan the QR code in your app. If you'd like to share any further feedback you can contact us at starsocial@stargroup.nz

downloaded app, used it once and now it fails to open. everytime I try to open it it fails and the same thing is happening when my partner tries to open the app on her phone as well. until the issue is fixed, the app is just a complete waste of time

We were moved from Joylab to this, which just had points on a card, it was simple and we could give it to whoever paid the bill. Now we have to pass a phone around. Also, there are some layers of what you can get vs not - it was quite confusing.

Hi Simon, thanks for the feedback. StarSocial is the same as Joylab Rewards in that you earn 10% back on what you spend as rewards & can redeem these rewards as discounts on food & drink.
