Not useable. Search function does not search, it only crashes. No back function. When browsing, applying filter also causes it to crash. Trying to add things to basket, you have to add one item, completely close app, add second item, completely close app. Then sometimes basket clears when you reopen app, and sometimes if going back to basket it crashes. Unable to successfully complete even one order. Uninstalled same day

A lot of coupons don't go through at checkout and you are told to resolve it through an email which has denied my money back 3 different times saying photos of my receipt, the product, and coupon as they requested was not enough evidence. Also you can't talk on the phone to anyone because they only communicate through email, imagine. My only major complaint that I have within the 8 yrs I've been using the app.

The search bar in the app is pretty much useless. It rarely comes up with any results for a product, and when it does, it will show unrelated items. You have to dig through the main browsing menu to try and find what you want, but even then, the menu is not the most friendly to navigate and it seems many products are simply not listed correctly or not listed at all.
