App won't allow me to attach pictures to requests, severely limiting my ability to give the city information. I've checked permissions and tried reinstalling, to no avail. My GF's installation crashes any time she tries to create a request, so for her it's even more useless.

This was a very useful app. I've used it for a couple of years to pay my water bill without a problem. I got a new device, Pixel 8 pro running android 14 and now it won't load. Would love to use it again. I hope the developers will fix it.

The app seems fine, but the responses by the city are concerning. I reported a left turn arrow that was only green for about 5 seconds while the pedestrian sign was lit. Told that changing the timing would cause traffic due to the lights no longer being synchronized or longer wait times for pedestrians. Second, sent in photos of one of those "your speed" signs that was about 15 feet high, therefore blocked by trees. Told to call Urban Forestry - could this not be forwarded to that department?
