San Marcos City App

This app is great for reporting things but terrible when it comes to getting any type of meaningful response from an actual human. Your request will be closed but you'll have no idea whether it was actually resolved. Or worse, they just tell you it's "a private matter" even though the land you're asking them about technically belongs to the city. What a cop out! They even removed the ability to comment on your own request, actively discouraging communication. Do better, San Marcos.

All you can really do with this app is report any traffic problems. I don't see why else you would use the app, or why they made this app at all for that matter, just have the same functionality on your website.

Seems to just be a (bad) advertisement for citysourced that embeds the website. The app is pretty glitchy and just loads the site so you might as well just go on the website rather than use the app
