Does not work at all. Just sits on the splash screen no matter what you do. If not closed within a couple minutes, repeatedly crashes the phone.

Got an error saying "Could not create request" after putting in all of the information. Edit: It turns out it actually created the request. But it did it twice because I tried twice due to that error message.
