About this app

Welcome to the City of Mobile’s 311 app!

Mobile 311 is dedicated to serving the citizens of Mobile by helping to solve problems, obtain information, and submit your request for service.

Mobile 311 is here to: electronically route service requests to the appropriate city government departments, provide a neutral forum for citizens to make suggestions about city services and departments, provide a way to track the progress of service request orders (SRO), answer questions citizens have concerning city organizations and services and assist citizens in obtaining city services in a fair and efficient manner.

Mobile 311 does not handle requests for service for agencies other than the City of Mobile (i.E. Mobile County, State of Alabama, Federal Government) or physically resolve a service request.

Mobile 311 is for non-emergency requests. If reporting a police, fire, medical, or another emergency, please call 911.

App works really well when it's not crashing. However, it's crashed when trying to submit requests for a couple of weeks now.

Animal Control responded very quickly and captured the stray dog wandering around Doyle Park. Hopefully, this young dog will get medical attention as she has recently had a litter and has a limp and a few scars. I am so relieved that the dog has a chance for a good home. She has a sweet and trusting disposition in spite of her rough start. She will be fed and cared for while waiting for her new humans. Thank you, City of Mobile Animal Control for doing an excellent job! Well done!
