Have used this for years with success, it worked well. But the app stopped launching several months ago. Contacted app admin support and they claim it has something to do with "Android." Contacted Google Store support and they claim it has something to do with the app. A useful city utility like this shouldn't stop working for many months without a resolution. Will be petitioning the City to dump this solution and hire a different company.

App stopped allowing me to upload pics/vid w a submission. Also stopped with push notifications. Emailed developer but no one cares. All permissions are turned on but app is malfunctioning.

Doesn't even get past the launch screen on my Pixel 8 (apparently no one tested it in stock Android). It hangs up and there is no option other than force closing it.
