Extensive app for finding many things that are on the CB website. Nice idea for reporting issues, but I primarily wanted this app to more often pay my water bill quickly & easily. It took a while to find that on the app & then how to login to my acct. Just got lucky by tapping on profile silhouette for login to be unhidden. There are too many clicks & scrolls to get to water bill section. Please make this more prominent, like 1 tap on homepage. Also please enable biometric login. Thank you!

When it works, it's helpful. But it has never worked on my Pixel 8 Pro.

This app is useful for reporting bad traffic lights and other things that the municipality of Carlsbad, CA ought to fix.
