When it works- awesome. But that is rare. I've been trying to get it to work for hours today. It keeps giving an error message. Don't bother with their customer service- useless or you cannot understand them. I've tried to get an email to reset my password just in case that's the issue- NOTHING has come through. I'm missing payment for $200-$300 of trips too.

Crashes constantly, it doesn't allow both insurances for dually insured participants, doesn't set right addresses, sometimes doesn't even schedule all the drop offs stranding people looking for a way home. It isn't clear to use either. Doesn't give a place to enter an appointment time because it asks for arrival times instead. Is that arrival time to be picked up, or is it the arrival time of the appointment . At least when the app was run and called Logisticare, it was clearly easy to use.

This company does everything they can to not pay what's been contracted for the gas reimbursement drivers they say this app needs to be a different app and your status has to be this to get what was promised to you and rider (members) yet next time your wrong and need to use this app !I've been a driver for 10 yrs and since this company has been operating they've done zero upgrades correctly and keep neglecting the drivers and riders.
