Most unreliable app to top up. I tried 3 times using both dci and visa card to reload my mobile. Failing rate is 100% and the app developers have no idea on how to improve its functionality. They charged the amount and every time I need to place complaint by spending additional taka/ minute.

App is good but need some improvement. 1) Have no Nagad transfer option. 2) Unable to edit any type of saved beneficiary account information. (Need to delete first and add again) 3) Transaction history showing only last 05 transaction. It should be at least 20. 4) Poor GUI experience. Like unable to saw all saved beneficiary account at a glance. Hope concern department focus on this. You can check other bank's app. Like "SIBL Now" or "Agrani Smart App".

No care for user interraction, experience, design, brandling - built for namesake. The navigation system is poor, the app looks like a cheap site rip. Some features are buggy and breaks often. One case is as such - sending money to bkash from this app. On the otherhand, if you use the bkash app to deposit money from elb, that will take you to a webpage (very similar looking to this app) from where you can top up relatively easily & guaranteed no headache.
